Include the following in your e-mail: - A brief description of your project idea - The date of your (envisaged) PhD-defense - Whether you have a contract as a researcher during the envisaged stay at the KB or if there need to be special arrangements - If you have a preference for who to speak to (person or role) Consultations always take place in the [KB, National Library of the Netherlands](https://www.kb.nl/en/visitors/address-and-directions) or via Microsoft Teams and last a maximum of one hour.
